中文摘要：高等教育人才培养与人才使用供需双方,存在亟待解决的问题。这种供需问题,不是数量与规模的问题,而是质量与适应的问题。独立学院,要科学定位于培养应用型人才的目标,面向地方经济和社会市场需求,建立以行业能力为导向的实践教学平台,以缩小高校人才培养和社会人才使用之间的供需矛盾。这种平台在内涵上具有学习方式的自主探索性、行业能力培养的全程性和对市场需求的对接性,在支持条件上需要宏观创业、就业环境和教学体制机制、等配套制度跟进。

外文摘要：A burning problem between personnel training in colleges and talent deployment is existent.The problem about supply and demand is not limited to quantity and scale of talents,but mainly dependent on quality and adaptability.Independent colleges should be aimed to cultivate versatile and practical talents,build up a practice-oriented teaching platform to meet the local economic and social market demand.This teaching platform has self-exploratory learning methods,the whole trade capacity-building and docking the market demand on connotation,meanwhile,it demands the employment needs of the macro business environment and teaching systems matching follow-up mechanisms.
