外文摘要:The tethered UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) relay communication platform has the advantages of flexible operation, convenient deployment, and low requirements for ground support. This paper proposes a support system for tethered UAV communication system for emergency communication. From the overall scheme, power system, environment awareness system, networking technology, base station location selection and other aspects, the design ideas are put forward. A new solution is proposed for tethered UAV communication networking technology. ? 2021 ACM.
