中文摘要:各种瓶装饮品、药品、洗涤用品、干电池等大量轻工产品通常选用塑料印刷标签实施封装、封饰的包装工艺,以达到产品密封、关化、说明等目的,其中尤以筒形塑标套装加热塑封工艺最为常见。目前中国大量企业因采用传统的手工套装工艺,造成套装区位参差不齐和外表清洁度下降等外观质量问题,起皱变形和文字、标识受损等功能质量问题,而国际先进的全自动塑标套装装备因价格昂贵和配件供应、维修及维护等技术支持问题不适合中国国情。为此,研究一种依靠机械力实现动态悬浮平衡、由光电系统控制的光机电一体化全自动塑料标签套射装置,使卷装扁平形塑标自动地实现圆筒形整理、面向对象快速套射、单元长度准确分切,以应用于各种需要塑标封装、封饰的产品包装工艺,达到高效、优质、低成本完成塑标套装的目的。
外文摘要:A lot of light industry products, such as bottled drinks, medicine, washing commodities, dry battery and so on, usually choose plastic printed label as pack techniques of capsulation to seal.beautify and portray the products, among which heat plastic capsulation techniques of columned label is especially common. Nowadays, manual capsulation techniques adopted by many Chinese enterprises in traditional way, causes problems in appearance quality (uneven capsulation location and decreased surface cleanliness) and in function quality (crinkled distortion and marred words and signals), while automatic plastic label equipment advanced in international field can not suit our domestic situation because of expensive price and difficulties in technology support about fitting supply .repair and maintenance. So a kind of automatic plastic label equipment is researched, which makes rolls of flat plastic label be columned, shoot towards object sharply and be cut off with required length automatically. It is a kind of equipment on the basis of photo electricity and mechanical technology, which relies on mechanical power to realize dynamic floating balance and gets control from photo electricity system. It can be applied to plastic label capsulation techniques on demand and meets the requirement of high efficiency ,good quality and low cost.
