中文摘要:为使竹原纤维/聚氨酯复合材料得到更好的应用,采用竹原纤维为增强材料,聚氨酯为基体,制备竹原纤维/聚氨酯复合材料,用不同质量分数的Na OH进行处理,并对处理后的竹原纤维复合材料进行拉伸性能和冲击强力的测试。结果表明:随着Na OH质量分数增加,复合材料抗拉强度和冲击强力先增大后减小,断裂伸长率逐渐增大;随着竹原纤维质量分数的增加,复合材料抗拉强度和冲击强力先增加后减小,其断裂伸长率随纤维质量分数的增大而降低。

外文摘要:In order to better apply natural bamboo fiber / polyurethane composite material,the natural bamboo fiber / polyurethane composites were prepared from the natural bamboo fiber as reinforcing material and polyurethane as basic material in this paper. The performances of the tensile strength breaking elongation and bursting strength were tested and analyzed for the natural bamboo fiber / polyurethane composite material with different mass fraction of Na OH treatment concentration and different natural bamboo fiber content. The results show that with the increase of mass fraction of Na OH,the tensile strength and bursting strength of composite material increased first and then decreased,while the breaking elongation increased gradually. With the increase of the fiber content,the tensile strength and bursting strength of composite material increased first and then decreased,while the breaking elongation reduced with the increase of fiber content.
