中文摘要:分析了钙锌在鸡腿菇菌丝体中的富集及其生长的影响.试验表明:鸡腿菇菌丝体对钙锌等矿质元素有不同程度的富集作用.在培养基中添加0.2%的钙或600mg/L的锌,鸡腿菇菌丝体中钙、锌的含量最高分别为55.27mg/100g干重和96.8mg/100g干重;在培养基中添加0.1%的钙或100mg/L的锌,鸡腿菇菌丝体吸收钙、锌的效率最高分别为21.4%和14.9%;培养基钙、锌含量分别为0.1%和400mg/L时能明显促进菌丝体的生长.

外文摘要:The accumulation and the effect on the growth of Ca 2+ and Zn 2+ ?in Coprinus comatusand mycelium are investigated. The results show: Ca 2+ and Zn 2+ are accumulated in Coprinus comatus mycelium to various degrees. Adding to media with 0.1% Ca 2+ or 100mg/L Zn 2+ ,the accumulations of Ca 2+ and Zn 2+ are up to 21.4% and 14.9% in Coprinus comatus mycelium .Adding to media with 0.2% Ca 2+ or 600mg/L Zn 2+ ,thebioconcentrations of Ca 2+ ?and Zn 2+ are 55.27mg/100g dryweight and 96.8mg/100g dryweight in Coprinus comatus mycelium. Adding to media with 0.1% Ca 2+ or 400mg/L Zn 2+ ,the growth rate is increased in Coprinus comatus mycelium.
