中文摘要：目的：应用口服超声对比剂建立胃窗测量左侧肾上腺大小,以确定左侧肾上腺正常值。方法：对317例患者通过口服声学对比剂后建立胃窗,行斜矢状切面超声探查,记录297例左侧肾上腺的宽径和高径及形状。结果：左侧肾上腺检出率为93.7%,斜矢状切面左侧肾上腺形状声像图表现为类圆形、椭圆形、三角形、月牙形等形状。结论：口服声学对比剂能提高超声探查左侧肾上腺检出率,能够提供超声探查左侧肾上腺新的途径。斜矢状切面左侧肾上腺形状比较恒定。

外文摘要：Objective： To identify the reference of the normal left adrenal gland via stomach window established by oral ultrasound contrast agent. Methods： After drinking the ultrasound contrast agents, a total number of 317 patients were established the stomach window and then underwent oblique sagittal section line sean. The width and height was recorded as well as the shape of the left adrenal glands in 297 cases. Results： The detection rate of the left adrenal gland was 93.70//00, the ultrasonographic appearance of left adrenal gland in oblique sagittal section line scan were shape round, oval, triangle and crescent. Conclusion： Using of oral ultrasound contrast agent can improve the ultrasound detection rate of left adrenal gland, which can provide a new scan way for the detection of left adrenal gland. The shape of left adrenal gland is constant in the oblique sagittal plane.
