中文摘要：现代护理学要求护理人才既要有较强的专业知识,又要有丰富的人文社科知识。通过利用综合性大学多学科优势,从护理人才培养目标出发,有效地进行学科融合和渗透,经过增加人文课程设置、开设各类选修课、加强师资队伍人文素质建设等方法,提高了学生的人文素质修养,适应医疗护理服务的需求。

外文摘要：The mordern nursing science requires that the nursing professionals are affluent not only in professional knowledge but also in knowledge of humanities and social sciences. For the cultivation of nursing professionals, we effectively advance the integration and infiltration of subjects by taking the advantage of multiple subjects in multiversity. The humanistic qualities of the students are improved by such measures as increasing humanities courses, setting multiple elective courses, strengthening the humanistic quality cultivation of teachers, and soon, to be qualified for the requirements of nursing service.
