外文摘要：The professional requests for teachers gradually from and develop with the emergence of social teaching activity, and the professional requests for traditional teachers are challenged in the course of the implementation of new curriculum under the situation of quality education .The complete carrying out of 'Three Representatives' requires that the role of teachers should be changed. Education decides a country's destiny , and teachers play a great part in a country' s development through technology .
