外文摘要:In this paper, the properties of global asymptotic stability and uniform stability in a class of under-damped delayed cellular neural networks are investigated. By constructing a suitable Lyapounov function, we present a set of general criteria of the global asymptotic stability.Furthermore, a simple and easily checkable condition for uniform stability is obtained by using some analytical techniques.
