中文摘要:以羟乙基磺酸和呋喃甲醛为原料,采用水热碳化缩合法合成了一种新型碳基固体酸催化剂,并将其用于催化丁酮与乙二醇缩合合成缩酮;考察了原料配比、反应时间、催化剂用量等因素对合成反应的影响,得到了优化反应条件;同时研究了该催化剂催化其他醛(酮)化合物与二醇反应的活性。实验结果表明,该碳基固体酸具有很高的催化活性,催化丁酮与乙二醇缩合反应的最佳条件为:n(乙二醇)∶n(丁酮)=1.2、催化剂用量为反应物质量的0.7%,反应1.5h。在此条件下,丁酮转化率达93.5%,产物缩酮的选择性达99.1%。该碳基固体酸还可催化各种醛(酮)与二醇进行缩合反应,在最佳反应条件下,醛(酮)的转化率高达90%以上,缩醛(酮)的选择性高达97%以上。该反应具有催化剂用量少及重复使用活性高、后处理简单、反应时间短和无污染等优点。

外文摘要:A carbon based solid acid was synthesized through hydrothermal carbonization of furaldehyde and hydroxyethyl sulfonic acid. Its catalytic activity in condensation of butanone and glycol was investigated. The effects of n (glycol) : n (butanone), reaction time and catalyst dosage on the synthesis were studied. Under the optimal reaction conditions: mole ratio of glycol to butanone 1.2, catalyst mass fraction ( based on the total reactant mass) 0.7% and reaction time 1.5 h, the butanone conversion and the product ketal selectivity were 93.5 % and 99. 1%, respectively. The catalyst was also very efficient for condensations of various aldehydes (ketones) and diols, and the conversions of aldehydes (ketones) and the selectivities to acetals (ketals) reached more than 90% and more than 97 %. Moreover, the catalyst is environmental-friendly.
