中文摘要:以与壳聚糖具有一定相容性的水溶性高分子(聚乙二醇)为致孔剂,通过相转变法制得了多孔壳聚糖微球负载钯催化剂。利用扫描电镜、ICP-AES等对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,所制备的壳聚糖基多孔微球具有高度开放的多孔结构,钯可有效的进入高分子微球的孔道中实现有效负载。该负载型催化剂能较好地催化丙烯酸丁酯与芳基碘系物的水相Heck反应,较高产率(>75%)地生成取代的反式肉桂酸酯。该催化剂易与反应液固-液分离,使用多次后仍具有较好的催化活性。

外文摘要:A novel chitosan-base(CS-base) porous microspheres has been prepared by selectively extraction of poly ethylene glycol(PEG) component from CS/PEG semi-IPN microspheres.Palladium can be effectively supported on the obtained CS-base porous microspheres.This heterogeneous catalyst has been characterized by SEM-EDX and ICP-AES.Palladium can easily be fixed on the porous channels of the CS-base microspheres.Such chitosan-base porous microspheres supporting palladium catalyst was an efficient catalyst for Heck reaction of butyl acrylate with aryl iodides in water and obtaining trans-cinnamate with high yield.The catalyst is easy to separate from the reaction system.The supported catalyst remains high activity after used repeatedly for four times.
