中文摘要:[目的]为筛选适于安全种植于轻度铬(Cr)污染土壤中的小白菜品种。[方法]采用盆栽土培试验,比较100 mg/kg Cr处理下34个小白菜品种单株鲜重、地上部Cr积累量及硝酸盐含量的差异。[结果]种植于铬污染土壤中的小白菜单株鲜重、地上部Cr积累量和硝酸盐含量品种间差异较大。单株鲜重品种间变化范围为1.30-5.22 g,14个品种鲜重高于3.00 g;地上部Cr含量的变化范围为0.16-3.55 mg/kg,14个品种Cr含量未超过食品中污染物限量国家标准(GB 2762-2005);硝酸盐含量变化范围为4.01-9.63 mg/g,受试的34个小白菜品种全部超过硝酸盐的限量标准(GBl8406.1-2001)。[结论]综合考虑Cr积累量、硝酸盐含量及鲜重,即地上部Cr积累量和硝酸盐含量较低,而鲜重相对较大,推荐"春绿一号甜白菜"、"夏莳青梗"、"福京杂交一代"、"矮脚葵扇黑叶甜白菜"、"特矮白冠"、"新育上海青"、"揭农四号青白菜"、"香港特选奶白菜"、"黄秧白"、"上海鸡毛菜"等10个品种适宜在轻度铬污染土壤或具有潜在受污染风险的区域应用。

外文摘要:[ Objective ] This study was to obtain Brassica parichinensis cultivars suitable to be pianted in the soil polluted hghtly by chromium (Cr). [ Method ] Pot experiment was conducted to evaluate the shoot fresh weight, Cr accumulation and nitrate content in aboveground parts of 34 Brassica parichinensis cultivars planted in the soil polluted by 100 mg/kg Cr. [ Result] There were cuhivars differences in shoot fresh weight and the concentrations of Cr and nitrate in plant parts. Thus, shoot fresh weight ranged from 1.30 g to 5.22 g and that of 14 cultivars was more than 3. 00 g. Cr content ranged from 0.16 mg/kg to 3.55 mg/kg with 14 cultivars being lower than national edible standard ( GB 2762-2005). Nitrate content ranged from 4.01 mg/g to 9.63 mg/g with all the test cultivars exceeding the limit of nitrate ( GB18406. 1-2001 ). [ Conclusion] The cultivars of "Chunlvyihaotianbaicai" ," Xiashiqinggeng" ," Fujingzajiaoyidai" ," aijiaokuishaiheiyetianbaicai" ," Teaibaiguan" ," Xinyushanghaiqing", "Jienongsihaoqingbaicai" ,"Xianggangtexuannaibaicai" ,"Huangyangbai", "Shanghaijimaocai" could be planted the lightly Cr-polluted soil because of their lower concentrations of Cr and nitrate in aboveground parts with higher shoot fresh weight.
