外文摘要:Culture information resources embodies the information form of cultural resources, yet digitization endows culture information resources an effective way for development and valuing up. According to the communication paradigm and the characteristic of cultural information resources in digital age, this paper puts forwards two kinds of models, one is the cultural information resources development model, which is based on value-added; the other is the cultural information resources sharing model, which is based on cross-media. They play an important role in expanding the coverage, penetration and influence of cultural communication.
