中文摘要:选用常用活性染料小浴比染色,探讨盐、碱用量对染色效果的影响。试验发现,由于浴比减小,固色碱剂宜采用液体代用碱,其用量仅为纯碱的1/6~1/8,食盐用量上限为传统染色用的2倍,下限则与原来相同,在此区间内,1∶5,1∶4和1∶3小浴比染色效果与传统染色效果相当。
外文摘要:Low liquor ratio dyeing is carried out with common reactive dyes, and the dosages of salt and alkali in dyeing are dis- cussed. The results show that due to the low liquor ratio, liquid alkali is selected, and its dosage is 1/6 - 1/8 of that of sodium carbonate. The maximum limit of salt dosage in low liquor ratio dyeing is twice as that of conventional dyeing, and the mini- mum limit is the same. Low liquor ratio dyeing with 1 : 5,1 : 4 and 1 : 3 has the same dyeing results as those of conventional dyeing.
