中文摘要:目的探讨肝素对内皮细胞黏附功能的影响。方法利用肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)诱导活化的内皮细胞与人外周血中性粒细胞的体外黏附实验,观察肝素对其黏附功能的影响。结果体外培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞在TNF-α刺激后,与人外周血中性粒细胞发生黏附,酶标法测得的黏附量为0.8140±0.0541;而肝素处理后,黏附量能明显减少,在0.01mg/L0、.05 mg/L与0.1 mg/L浓度的黏附量分别为0.6960±0.0404、0.6020±0.0370与0.5040±0.0207(均P<0.05)。结论肝素能抑制活化的人内皮细胞与中性粒细胞黏附,具有抗黏附效应。
外文摘要:Objective To explore the anti - adhesion effects of heparin on endothelial cells. Methods The cell adhesion between HUVECs and human peripheral neutrophils were observed by stimulating the human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs) to activate and to express cell adhesion molecules with TNF -α. Results The cell adhesion between HUVECs and neutrophils was high (0.8140±0.0541 ). Heparin could block the adhesion process at the concentration of 0.01 mg/L (0.6960±0.0404), 0.05 mg/L (0.6020±0.0370) and 0. 1 mg/L (0.5040±0.0207) (all P 〈 0.05). The anti- adhesion effects would be strengthened with the increase of heparin concentration. Conclusion Heparin could inhibit the adhesion between the activated HUVECs and neutrophils.
