中文摘要:为培养符合社会需求的应用型护理人才,护理学专业以"职业能力"为主线设计知识、能力、素质"三位一体"的人才培养模式,采用重构课程体系,加强实践教学环节,开展教学方法改革等方式提高人才培养质量。经过十年的探索和实践,在教学改革、实践能力和人文素质培养等方面形成特色。人才培养质量具有就业质量好、社会满意度高和可持续发展能力强等特点。

外文摘要:Targeted at the cultivation of application-oriented nursing talents that are in line with the socialneeds, a “trinity” talent cultivation mode integrating knowledge, ability and quality was adopted in the nurs-ing major with professional competence as a main line. It reconstructed the curriculum system, strengthenedthe practice teaching, and conducted the relative teaching method reform so as to improve the quality of per-sonnel training. After a decade of exploration and practice, it has formed its unique features in teaching reform, practical ability and humanistic cultivation. The quality of talent cultivation is characterized by highquality of employment, high social satisfaction and high capability of sustainable development.
