中文摘要：分析某种社会组织的特性,应该基于其历史使命与社会贡献。从这一点来看,创业型大学的组织特性是学术资本转化,并非学术资本主义。学术资本主义从营利动机出发,其本质乃是学术创收、商业运作、逐利动机等功利性利益诉求,容易将创业型大学引向创收型大学。而学术资本转化从历史使命出发,体现了创业型大学的社会责任,折射出一种实用主义的价值取向,将成为大学的"第三个中心",引领大学的变革与发展。只有实现学术资本转化,大学才能真正形成完整开放的学术链条,才能充分履行知识应用的历史使命。

外文摘要：Analyzing the characteristics of a certain social organization should be based on its historical mission andsocial contribution. From this point of view,the organizational characteristic of entrepreneurial university is academiccapital transformation rather than academic capitalism. The academic capitalism starts from profit motive,and its spiritualessence is utilitarian interest appeal,such as academic income,business operation or profit-seeking,which is easy tolead entrepreneurial university to income-generating university. The academic capital transformation starts from thehistorical mission,embodies the social responsibility of the entrepreneurial university,and reflects a pragmatism value,which will become the university＇s ＂third center＂ and lead the reform and development of university. In fact,only torealize the transformation of academic capital,could universities really form a complete and open academic chain,andfully fulfill the historical mission of the application of knowledge.
