中文摘要：为了研究传统纺织业产业集群和跨境电商发展的耦合协调发展情况,利用2012—2021年中国纺织业和阿里巴巴国际站纺织业企业数据,测度传统纺织业和纺织业跨境电商的产业集聚度,对二者进行综合评价和耦合协调度分析,得到以下结论:中国传统纺织业和纺织业跨境电商目前主要集中在浙江、江苏、山东、福建、河北、上海、河南、湖北、安徽等10个省市,但各省市集聚度存在差异;整体上二者呈现高度耦合状态,相互作用显著;耦合协调度整体较好,其中浙江、江苏、福建、山东、湖北5省传统纺织业和纺织业跨境电商间实现良性协调发展,尤其是浙江和江苏呈现极度耦合协调状态,传统纺织业产业集群的发展为跨境电商提供优势产品和产业支撑,跨境电商通过产业链、供应链、服务链推动原有产业集群的转型升级、提质增效,形成了产业集群内生性增长。

外文摘要：In order to study the coupling and coordinated development of the traditional textile industry cluster and cross-border e-commerce development,the industrial agglomeration degree of them was measured by using the data of the textile industry of China and Alibaba International Station from 2012 to 2021,and the coupling and coordination degree of the two were comprehensively evaluated and analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:China's traditional textile industry and cross-border e-commerce of textile industry are mainly concentrated in 10 provinces or cities including Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Guangdong,Shandong,Fujian,Hebei,Shanghai,Henan,Hubei,Anhui,et al,but the concentration degree of each province or city is different;On the whole,the two show a highly coupled state,and the interaction is significant.The coupling and coordination degree is good on the whole,and the traditional textile industry and cross-border e-commerce of textile industry in Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Fujian,Shandong and Hubei provinces have achieved benign and coordinated development,especially the extremely coupling and coordination state between Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces;The development of traditional textile industry clusters provides advantageous products and industrial support for cross-border e-commerce.Cross-border e-commerce promotes the transformation and upgrading of original industrial clusters,improves quality and efficiency through industrial chain,supply chain and service chain,and forms the endogenous growth of industrial clusters.
