中文摘要:卵巢中的卵泡处于无血管的微环境中,卵母细胞发育所需营养以及调控信号都要通过卵母细胞与颗粒细胞之间的缝隙连接以及颗粒细胞与膜细胞之间的缝隙连接来实现。缝隙连接在胞间通讯方面起着重要的作用。缝隙连接由连接蛋白(Cx)组成,已发现Cx家族有20多个成员,其中Cx26、Cx32、Cx37、Cx43和Cx45参与卵泡的发育,Cx37、Cx43在卵泡发育过程中起着非常重要的调节作用。
外文摘要:The follicle in the ovary exists in the micro-environment of without blood vessel, The nutrient and control signals for oocyte development are achieved through gap junction between oocyte and granulosa cell as well as that between granulosa cell and theca cell. The gap junction plays important roles in intercellular communication,which is composed by connexin (Cx) with 20 members in this family. It is demonstrated that Cx26, Cx32, Cx37, Cx43, and Cx45 take part in the growth of follicle, of which Cx37 and Cx43 play a very important regulatory role in the process of the follicular development.
