中文摘要：小微企业融资问题政策建议的有效性检验,是各利益方更为关切的问题。本文从演化博弈的视角出发,借助数据仿真分析不同政策变量对银企博弈策略的影响,有效达到了此目的。结果表明,降低小微企业诚信成本和银行审查成本,增加违信惩罚力度,建立小微企业信贷风险补偿基金等一揽子政策可以有效促进小微企业信贷融资的良性循环。

外文摘要：Testing the effectiveness of policy suggestions on small and micro enterprises financing problems is more focused on by interested parties. In order to do this, this paper analyzes different policy's influence on the game strategy by data simulation from the perspective of evolutionary game theory. Policy simulation shows that a package of policies including reducing integrity cost of small and micro enterprises and examination cost of banks, increasing punishments for dishonesty, and establishing credit risk compensation fund for small and micro businesses can effectively promote the virtuous cycle of small and micro enterprises credit financing.
