中文摘要:OAP循环圈是基于英国早期教育纲要而形成的一套完整操作体系。OAP循环圈在观察、评估、计划、教研等方面为教师组织幼儿开展田野游戏提供科学的操作路径。然而,当前幼儿园在开展田野游戏时存在诸多问题:观察范围有限,缺乏全面性;评估标准模糊,缺乏统一性;计划灵活性差,缺乏延伸性;教研活动深度不足,缺乏系统性。本文根据田野游戏特点,运用OAP循环圈理论,提出幼儿园开展田野游戏的四大策略:全面观察,多维度精准洞察幼儿多方面发展;科学评估,衡量幼儿发展水平与游戏效果;灵活计划,动态优化游戏方案;教研指导,持续调整与动态改进。

外文摘要:The OAP cycle is a complete operating system formed based on the Early Years Foundation Stage(EYFS)in the UK.The OAP cycle provides teachers with a scientific operation path for organizing children to carry out field games in terms of observation,evaluation,planning,teaching and research,etc.However,currently,there are various problems in kindergartens when carrying out field games:the observation scope is limited and lacks comprehensiveness;the evaluation criteria are vague and lack unity;the planning has poor flexibility and lacks extensibility;the teaching and research activities lack depth and are short of systematicness.According to the characteristics of field games and by applying the OAP cycle theory,this article proposes four strategies for kindergartens to carry out field games:comprehensive observation:accurately and multi-dimensionally gain insights into children’s development in various aspects;scientific evaluation:measure children’s development level and the effectiveness of the games;flexible planning:dynamically optimize the game plans;teaching and research guidance:continuous adjustment and dynamic improvement.
