中文摘要：基于游客网络评价文本数据,使用ROST CM6.0软件,利用内容分析法和ASEB栅格分析法分析鲁迅故里的游客旅游体验.结果表明:游客对鲁迅故里的体验是直接的、粗浅的.“鲁迅”是景区的核心吸引物,三味书屋、鲁迅故居、百草园给游客留下了深刻的印象;游客体验意象可归纳为:景区吸引物、景区环境、历史文化、景区服务、景区体验、景区评价6个维度;高频词汇语义网络以“鲁迅”“百草园”“三味书屋”为核心向外发散,游客对景区的核心吸引物、核心景点、景区免费参观这三项体验较深,而对景区的其他景点及深层的人文内涵体验较低;游客消极情绪集中在景区体验、景区禀赋、景区配套和景区管理四个方面.最终根据研究结果提出针对性旅游体验提升措施.

外文摘要：Based on the network text data of tourists evaluation,content analysis with ROST CM 6.0 software and ASEB grid analysis were used to study the tourism experience in the Native Place of Lu Xun.The results show as follows:the tourists have a direct and superficial experience in the Native Place of Lu Xun.“Lu Xun”being the core attraction of the scenic spot,the tourists are deeply impressed by“the Sanwei Study”,“the Former Residence of Lu Xun”and“the Baicao Garden”.The tourist experience image can be summarized into the ensuing six dimensions:the attractions,environment,history and culture,services,experience and evaluation of the scenic area.The semantic network of high-frequency words spreads outward with“Lu Xun”,“the Baicao Garden”and“the Sanwei Study”as the core,the tourists having a relatively deep experience in the core attraction,core scenic area and free visit to the scenic area,but a low experience in the underlying humanistic connotations of the scenic area.The negativity of tourists exhibits itself in the experience in the scenic area,the endowment,the facilities,and the management of the scenic area.The paper finally proposes some targeted improvement measures according to the results of the study.
