中文摘要:给平均体长(13±1)cm的鲫鱼投喂基础饲料(对照组)、添加乳酸杆菌饲料(乳酸杆菌组)、添加β-葡聚糖饲料(β-葡聚糖组)、添加乳酸杆菌+β-葡聚糖复合饲料(复合组)。试验结果表明,投喂乳酸杆菌35 d,淀粉酶活性为对照组的1.81倍;β-葡聚糖对鲫鱼肠道淀粉酶活性的影响短期内不明显,长期效果显著;乳酸杆菌和β-葡聚糖联合投喂,淀粉酶活性是单独投喂乳酸杆菌的1.89倍。投喂乳酸杆菌35 d,蛋白酶活性为对照组的1.32倍;β-葡聚糖对鲫鱼肠道蛋白酶活性无明显影响。乳酸杆菌和β-葡聚糖均能提高鲫鱼肠道脂肪酶活性,效果相当,两者联合作用对鲫鱼肠道脂肪酶活性的增强作用比单独使用效果显著。β-葡聚糖和乳酸杆菌能提高鲫鱼对饲料的利用率和成活率,促进鲫鱼生长,β-葡聚糖和乳酸杆菌联合对鲫鱼的生长和成活的促进作用较单独使用有效。
外文摘要:Crucian carp(Carassius auratus)juveniles with body length varying from 12 cm to 14 cm were fed basic diet(control group) containing bacterium Lactobacillus(Lactobacillus group),β-glucan(β-glucan group) and the combination of Lactobacillus and β-glucan(combination group) for 35 days.Activities of intestinal amylase,protease and lipase were regularly tested,and weight gain and feed coefficient were determined.The results showed that the intestinal amylase activity was 1.81 fold as much as control group.There were significant differences in amylase activity after a long period feeding(P0.01),81% higher in the combination group than those in the control group.The intestinal protease activity was 1.32 fold in Lactobacillus group as much as that in the control group.No influence of β-glucan on activities was found.No significant differences in protease activity were observed between combination group and Lactobacillus group.There was significantly higher lipase activity in combination group than those in Lactobacillus group and β-glucan group.
