外文摘要：From the perspective of the community,this paper reviewed the relevant concepts of the advance care planning,the necessity of conducting the advance care planning,and analyzes the implementation status and intervention mode of the advance care planning for the elderly in community,in order to provide theoretical basis for the scientific implementation of the advance care planning in Chinese community.
