中文摘要:教师是大学转型的最终决定因素。检验创业型大学的本土化建设成效,最可靠的路径便是了解这些院校中教师的真实感受。通过教师座谈会、结构式访谈、非结构式访谈等多种途径对创业型大学的不同教师群体开展访谈调查发现:创业型大学的本土化建设尚未真正启动,最多处在宣传发动阶段,远未对教师产生实际影响;创业型大学在具体实践中有多种模式,我国迈上创业型大学发展之路的高校往往根据某种需要选择某种模式,并不一定符合中国的实际情况;创业型大学中教师的各种创业行为更多的属于教师个体行为,推进创业型大学建设有利于加快学术成果转化,但绝不是短期内解决办学经费短缺、实现跨越式发展的战略选择。可见,创业型大学在我国既称不上是一个怪胎,也谈不上是一个榜样,在高等教育办学模式多元化的探索实践中,中国创业型大学的本土化建设仍在行进中。

外文摘要:Teacher is the final decisive factor of university transformation. The most reliable way to test the effectiveness of the localization of entrepreneurial universities is to know the true feelings of the teachers in these institutions. Interviews were conducted in entrepreneurial universities among different groups of teachers from various approaches such as panel discussion, standardized interview and unstructured interview. Key findings are summarized as follows: the localization of entrepreneurial universities has not really started yet, and most of them are at the stage of propaganda and launching, and have no real impact on teachers;there are many patterns in the concrete practice of entrepreneurial universities, and the pattern selected by entrepreneurial universities in China is not necessarily in line with China's actual situation, but rather based on universities' own needs;academic entrepreneurship is basically individual behavior of teachers, and the construction of entrepreneurial universities is not an effective approach to the shortage of school funding. Therefore, the entrepreneurial university is neither a freak nor a model in our country. In the practice of the diversification of higher education model, the localization of entrepreneurial universities in China is still in progress.
