中文摘要:向南美白对虾的基础饵料中添加螺旋藻-黄秋葵精粉,研究其对南美白对虾的促生长效能。结果表明:4%的添加量对提高南美白对虾生长性能的效果最佳,此时成、幼虾体增重率分别为32.19%和103.73%,相比对照组提高了22.72%和46.76%,螺旋藻-黄秋葵复合饲料添加剂更有利于提高幼虾的生长性能。此外,螺旋藻-黄秋葵精粉对南美白对虾个体成活率也有不同程度的提高。

外文摘要:The effects of feed additive on growth performance in White - Leg Prawn were studied. 85% Spirulina mixed with 15% Okra were selected as feed additive, the added amount to the basic diet was 1% , 2% , 4% , 8% , respectively. The experimental results indicated that the best inducing effect could be found when the added amount of Spirulina - Okra feed additive was 4% , and then the weight gain of the Aduh Shrimp and Juveniles were 52. 19% and 103.73% , both higher than the control group, which were improved by 22.72% and 46.76%, respectively. It was found that the Spirulina -Okra feed additive also could increase the White -Leg Prawn's individual survival rate, and was more in favor of improving growth performance in Juveniles than that in Adult Shrimp.
