中文摘要:利用自制的图像法导湿测试装置测试了织物的导湿性能,获得了织物在36 s内的液滴导湿扩散面积与时间关系。通过研究分析得出:(1)亲水性纤维的织物导湿面积扩占速度随时间的增加先快后慢,疏水性纤维的织物基本以恒定速度变化;(2)固定水量的导湿实验下,导湿面积的增大速度逐渐减小,一定时间后基本不再增加;(3)长时间导湿情况下,疏水性织物具有较好的导湿性能。
外文摘要:In order to get the relationship of the fabric-liquid transport area against time in the 36 seconds,a fabric-liquid transport experimental equipment was made in this paper.The conclusion of this topic is as follows:(1)The transport area expanding of hydrophilic fabric is first quick and last slow.But that of hydrophobic fabric is invariableness.(2) The transport area expanding gradually decreases until to zero at a fixed liquid volume.(3) At a long time liquid transport,the hydrophobic fabric is better than hydrophilic in liquid transportation.
