中文摘要:目的:探讨颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)和血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、C反应蛋白(CRP)与2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并无症状心肌缺血(SMI)的关系。方法:分别用彩色多普勒超声法和酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定45例T2DM患者(对照组)和71例T2DM合并SMI患者(SMI组)的IMT和血清MMP-9、IGF-1、CRP水平。结果:SMI组IMT和血清MMP-9、CRP水平较对照组明显升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),IGF-1与对照组相比没有明显变化(P>0.05)。MMP-9、CRP与IMT呈显著正相关。结论:颈动脉IMT、MMP-9和CRP指标的测定有助于临床上认识糖尿病大血管病变发生的危险性,从而早期积极采取有效的干预措施。
外文摘要:Objective To study the relationship between intima-media thickness (IMT) of common carotid artery, matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), insulin growth-like factor-1 (IGF-1), C-reactive protein (CRP) and silent myocardial ischemia (SMI) in type 2 diabetes. Methods IMT was measured by B-mode uhrasonography and serum levels of MMP-9, IGF-1, and CRP were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 45 patients with type 2 diabetes and 71 type 2 diabetics with SMI. Results IMT and levels of MMP-9 and CRP were significantly higher in type 2 diabetics with SMI than in those without SMI (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05). IGF-1 level did not differ significantly between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). MMP-9 and CRP were markedly related with IMT. Conclusion Detection of IMT, MMP-9, and CRP can be helpful in clinically identifying the risk of the incidence of vascular events in type 2 diabetes.
