中文摘要:利用超声波和偶联剂处理的方法,将不同比例的纳米SiO_2与环氧树脂相复合,制备了环氧树脂/纳米SiO_2复合材料并测定了其显微硬度。用摩擦磨损试验机评价了试样在干摩擦条件下的摩擦学性能,用正电子湮没寿命技术(PALT)测试了试样的微观结构。结果表明,纳米SiO_2可有效地改善环氧树脂的摩擦性能;摩擦后试样的自由体积孔穴尺寸比摩擦前大,随着SiO_2含量的增加,自由体积孔穴尺寸呈增大趋势,而自由体积孔穴浓度呈减少趋势。
外文摘要:Epoxy resin/nano-SiO2 composites with various filler content were prepared by using coupling agents and ultrasonic dispersing method. The micro-hardness of samples was investigated. The tribological behaviors of the composites sliding against the stainless steel ring were evaluated on an M-2000 Friction & Wear tester under dry friction conditions. The characteristics of the micro-structure of samples influenced by filler content and friction were also detected with Positron Annihilation Lifetime Spectroscopy (PALS). As the results, the tribological properties of the epoxy composites were improved effectively with nano-scaled SiO2. In addition , the results of positron annihilation measurement showed that the free volume hole size in samples after the friction was larger than that before friction, and the average size of the free volume holes presented an increasing tendency with the increasing of SiO2 content, while its concentration appeared reverse trend.
