中文摘要:在电化学作用下,研究了葡萄糖与氢氧化钠的质量比、分散剂NNO、尿素对葡萄糖还原性能的影响,同时对保险粉与葡萄糖两种还原剂还原靛蓝染色样品的表观颜色深度和色光进行了比较。结果表明,葡萄糖的还原能力和最大还原效率不成正比例关系,分散剂NNO对葡萄糖的还原性能有促进作用,而尿素具有抑制作用;葡萄糖与氢氧化钠的最佳质量比为2: 1;还原剂保险粉与葡萄糖还原的纯棉靛蓝染色织物视觉效果相近。
外文摘要:Based on the electrochemical reaction, the effects of the mass ratio of glucose to sodium hy droxide, dispersant NNO and urea on the reduction performance of glucose are studied. And apparent color depth and shade of in digo dyed fabrics with glucose are also compared with those with the tradi tional reducing age nt of sodium hydrosulfite. The results show that the reductio n capacity of glucose is not proportional to the maximum reduction efficiency. Dispersant NNO could promote the reduction of glucose, while urea inhibits it. The optimal mass ratio of glucose to sodium hydroxide is 2: 1. The visual effects of indigo dyed sample reduced with glucose are similar to those with sodium hydrosulfite.
