中文摘要:就PTT、PET原料选择,纺丝组件设计,复合纺丝工艺及加弹工艺进行探讨。生产结果表明:选择特性黏度0.5~0.6dL/g的PET和特性黏度1.2~1.3dL/g的PTT切片,以40%/60%~50%/50%(PET/PTT)的复合比,可以生产出质量稳定、性能较好的PTT/PET并列型复合长丝,并实现了批量化生产。

外文摘要:The raw material selection, spinpack designing, bicomponet spinning technology and texturizingwere discussed. The results showed that good quality and better performance side by side PTF/PET composite filaments were made by commercial production with the conditions of PET with Ⅳ 0.5-0.6 dL/ g, PTT with Ⅳ 1.2-1.3 dL/g and PET/PTT composite ratio 40 %/60 %-50 %/50 %.
