中文摘要：中国儿童图画书在21世纪进入了相对兴盛的阶段,无论是理论倡导、观念普及、阅读推广还是文本出版等各方面都有了高质量的推进,并培养了一批具有先进儿童图画书创作理念的作者、编辑和具有鉴赏力的读者群。这一现象的出现有着多重因素,其中最不能忽视的是境外儿童图画书创作和理论的引进以及本土儿童图画书研究者的推动。

外文摘要：Chinese children’s picture books have entered a relatively prosperous stage in the new century,whether it is the promotion of theory,the popularization of ideas,the promotion of reading,the publication of texts,etc.,and has trained a batch to have the advanced picture book creation idea author,the editor group,as well as has the appreciation picture book ability reader group.The appearance of this phenomenon,of course,has multiple factors,but can not be ignored is the introduction of Western children’s picture book creation and theory as well as the promotion of local children’s picture book researchers.
