中文摘要：通过分层抽样,对965名老年人的体育锻炼与老年生活品质和幸福指数进行问卷测量,从健康生活品质、经济生活品质、家庭生活品质、社会生活品质、文化生活品质、个人价值实现及认同归属感七个目标层级和若干个指标层级,系统了解和全面掌握体育锻炼对老年生活品质和幸福指数的影响与作用。健康长寿和生活品质是衡量评价老年幸福指数的重要基石,传承“百善孝为先”安享晚年生活,倡导“老有善养”共享经济社会发展成果。体育锻炼是应对人口老龄化的一个“巧办法”,亿万老年人在体育锻炼过程中体验和实现体育健身和体育休闲的乐趣,不断增强老年群众的获得感、幸福感、安全感,进而促进老年人的生活品质和幸福指数的全面提升。

外文摘要：The leisure sports and the life quality and happiness index of the elderly were measured by questionnaire in 965 older people.From seven target levels of healthy life quality,economic life quality,family life quality,social life quality,cultural life quality,personal value and sense of belonging,and several indicator levels,we systematically understand and comprehensively grasp the influence and effect of leisure sports on the life quality and happiness index of the elderly.Health,longevity,and quality of life are essential cornerstones to measuring and evaluating the happiness index of the elderly.We will carry forward the principle of"filial piety is the priority"to enjoy a comfortable life in old age and advocate"good care for the elderly"to share the fruits of economic and social development.Recreational sports are a clever way to deal with an ageing population.By actively participating in and experiencing the fun of leisure sports,hundreds of millions of older people continuously enhance the older people's sense of gain,happiness,security and promote the overall improvement of the quality of life and happiness index of the elderly.
