中文摘要：教学团队是由若干从事相同专业和研究的教师所组成的学术组织,具有明晰的目标、合理的梯队、有序的活动、协作的氛围等特点。然而从教学团队建设的状况来看,这些特点现已成为问题,并且在地方新建本科院校表现得尤为突出。破解问题之道,必须跳出教学团队的视角,站在基层学术组织层面来建设教学团队。地方新建本科院校教学团队建设可从加快学校转型、注重特色的凝练和培育、强化学术研究等方面着手。

外文摘要：The teaching team is the academic organization composed of teachers in the same specialties and research,characterized by clear objectives,reasonable echelon team,and orderly activity and collaborative environment.However,considering the construction of teaching team,the feature has become a problem,which is conspicuously reflected in the local new universities.The solution to the problem lies in the fact that it is necessary to break away from the teaching team perspective and to build the teaching team from the level of grass-roots academic organizations.The teaching teams in local new universities can be built by starting with the speeding-up of school transformation,the emphasizing of characteristic condensation and cultivation,and the intensifying of academic research.
