中文摘要:美国心理学家霍华德·加德纳以其特殊的视角审视了智力的本质,提出智力是一种或者一组解决问题的能力,也是一种或多种文化背景下被认为是有价值的制造产品的能力.加德纳提出了多元智能理论.多元智能理论有理论贡献和局限,该理论对我国学校实施素质教育有启示作用.

外文摘要:From the peculiar angle, the American psychologist Howard Gardner viewed the essential of intelligence and thus raised Theory of Multiple Intelligences, which takes the intelligences not only as one or more than one abilities of solving the problems, but the precious ability of production under one or more than one cultural backgrounds as well. This essay introduces the main points of the theory and discusses its theoretical contributions and its limitation. It especially reveals the contributions of the theory to the quality - oriented education in schools of our country.
