外文摘要：From the peculiar angle, the American psychologist Howard Gardner viewed the essential of intelligence and thus raised Theory of Multiple Intelligences, which takes the intelligences not only as one or more than one abilities of solving the problems, but the precious ability of production under one or more than one cultural backgrounds as well. This essay introduces the main points of the theory and discusses its theoretical contributions and its limitation. It especially reveals the contributions of the theory to the quality - oriented education in schools of our country.
