中文摘要：在房地产市场中，房地产价格指数对于投资者，消费者和政府来说都是一种很重要的市场信息．文章对国外流行的几种房地产价格指数编制理论进行了评述，以“中房指数”和“国房指数”为例分析了我国现有房地产指数在编制方法上存在的缺陷，并提出使之完善的若干建议．

外文摘要：In estate market,price indices are important information for investors,consumers and the governments concerned.This paper reviews some drafting theories on price indices of estate in foreign countries,then taking 'China Index' and 'National Index' as examples,analyzes the drawbacks existing in current drafting methods of price indices in our country,and finally poses some suggestions for improvement.
