中文摘要:采用空心莲子草为供体,以大豆、芹菜、韭菜为受体,运用培养皿滤纸法研究空心莲子草水提取液对蔬菜种子萌发率的影响,探讨空心莲子草的化感作用。结果表明,空心莲子草根、茎不同浓度(0.025、0.05、0.1 g/mL)水提取液对3种受试蔬菜种子萌发率具有不同程度的抑制作用,且浓度为0.1 g/mL时抑制作用最强。就同一浓度而言,根水提取液处理对种子的抑制作用大于茎提取液。
外文摘要:The study used Alternanthera philoxeroides Griseb as material, the receptors were Soybean, Celery and Chives. The effects of Water Extracts from the Alternanthera philoxeroides Griseb on vegetable seeds germi- nation rate were studied by using culture dish filter paper method, to study the allelopathy of Alternanthera philoxeroides Griseb. The result showed that different concentrations (0.025 g/mL, 0.05 g/mL, 0.1 g/mL) Water Extracts from the Alternanthera philoxeroides Griseb roots and stems were affected to different degrees of inhibition for the three tested vegetable seeds germination rate, and when the concentration was 0.1 g/mL, the inhibition was the strongest. To the same concentration, the inhibition of root water extract treatment on seed stronger than the stem extract.
