中文摘要：城市滨水空间是滨水城市的重要组成部分。多年来我国滨水城市的规划设计存在诸多问题,如生态破坏、发展不均、城水不融等。因此,了解滨水空间的现状,认识滨水空间的本质,探讨其制约和机会,是滨水城市发展和滨水空间规划设计的必经之路。本文通过对滨水空间的剖析,总结出滨水空间发展的四个关键因素,包括生态性、视觉性、可达性、地资性因素。并以广西柳州市“百里柳江”规划中标项目为例,具体提出六个滨水空间规划设计策略,分别是生态优先策略、视觉立面建构、立体交通组织、复合功能用地、活力场所塑造和价值提升引导。结果表明,可持续、受众广、创新型滨水空间是基于生态保护下多因素综合调配、巧妙利用潜力与挑战,充分发挥心理及文化作用,结合国家与地方政策,通过前瞻性规划设计而实现的。

外文摘要：The waterfront space is one of the most important development areas of a waterfront city.However,serious issues exist in China' s waterfront area planning and design,such as ecological degradation,inconsistence,and mismatch in water and land development,etc.Therefore,learning from waterfront space,understanding its nature and studying its constraints and opportunities are critical for good waterfront planning and design.This paper summarizes four key elements of waterfront space planning and design,including ecological,visual,accessibility,land use through critical analyzing and synthesizing waterfront spaces.Moreover,by using the "Hundred Miles Liu River",a large prize-wining planning project in Liuzhou,Guangxi as the case,this paper proposes six strategies for better waterfront spatial planning and design,including eco-first design strategy,visual facade for waterfront buildings,three-dimensional and multi-mode transportation,mixed uses in land development,place-making for vitality,and value-added promotion.Results show that sustainable,attractive,and innovative waterfront areas are achieved through necessary trade-offs among key elements,creative utilizations of opportunities and obstacles,careful considerations of social physicology and public culture,following local and national policies,and forwardlooking planning and design.
