中文摘要:为明确不同树龄成龄嵊州桃形李果实发育期间的营养需求规律,及成熟期果实中养分含量对果实品质的影响。对盛花期花器官和不同发育期果实中九种主要养分元素含量进行分析测定,并对元素含量与果实品质指标间及元素含量间进行相关性分析。结果表明,氮、磷、钾等大量元素含量花中远低于果实,而钙、镁、铁、锰、铜、锌等中微量元素含量则花中远高于果实。花中锰、锌含量随树龄增加而下降,除钾以外的其它营养元素均随树龄增加而增加。果实中不同种类元素含量因果实发育期和树龄变化规律不同。总体表现为,长树龄果树在果实发育中后期尤其是在收获期,除镁、铁、锰、锌外,果实中大部分营养元素含量均显著低于较短树龄果树。相关性分析结果可见,收获期果实中镁、锰、铜含量与果实硬度均呈显著负相关;氮、磷、锌含量与可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量呈显著或极显著正相关;氮、磷含量与可滴定酸含量呈极显著负相关。对花和果实中九种营养元素含量进行相关分析发现,氮、磷、钾等大量元素含量间均呈极显著正相关;钙、镁、铁、锰、铜、锌等中微量元素含量间均呈显著或极显著正相关。但大量元素含量与中微量元素含量间则呈显著或极显著负相关。

外文摘要:In order to clarify the nutrients requirement of Shenzhou nane(Prunus salicina var.taoxingli)at different fruit development stages and the effect of the nutrients content in fruits at ripening stage on fruit quality.The contents of nine main nutrients in the flowers at full bloom stage and in the fruits at different development stages were analyzed.Meanwhile,the correlations between nutrients contents and fruit quality were analyzed.The results showed that the contents of nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P),and potassium(K),in flowers were much lower than those in fruit,while the contents of calcium(Ca),magnesium(Mg),iron(Fe),manganese(Mn),copper(Cu),and zinc(Zn)in flowers were much higher than those in fruit.Further,in flowers,the contents of Mn and Zn decreased,while,the contents of other nutrients except K all increased with the increase of tree age.There were different change laws in the contents of different elements in fruits with different fruit development stages and tree ages.In generally,compared with th ose of short-aged trees,the contents of nutrients except Mg,Fe,Mn,and Cu,were significantly lower in the fruits of long-aged trees,especially at harvest stage.The results of correlation analysis between fruits quality and the nutrients contents in fruits at harvest,showed that there were significant negative correlations between fruit firmness and the contents of Mg,Mn and Cu,and significant or extremely significant positive correlations between the contents of soluble solids and soluble sugars and the contents of N,P and Zn,and a significant negative correlation between titratable acid content and contents of N and P.Moreover,the contents of N,P,and K in flowers and fruits were positively correlated,and the contents of Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,and Zn were significantly and positively correlated too.However,there was a significant or extremely significant negative correlation between the contents of macronutrients(N,P,K)and micronutrients(Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn).
