外文摘要：After a brief description of the manifestations and characteristics of unharmonious communication be- tween librarians and students in college and university libraries, its key reasons were analyzed. The author pointed out that the library management system and the good accomplishment in professional ethics of librarians were the keys to the establishment of harmonious communication between hbrarians and students, and that harmonious value concealed in unharmonious communication should be correctly regarded and the desire of harmonious relation between librarians and students should be strengthened.
