中文摘要:教学是一项道德的事业,教师的教学实践充满教学德性。教师的教学德性在教学实践中以"教学爱"为表现形式、以"教学信念"为内在动力、以"教学理解"为对话手段。教师教学德性的发展历经从知性到德性的成长过程。因此在教学设计、教学实施和教学评价等教学实践过程中,教师应以德性为观照,以教学德性贯穿教学实践的始终。

外文摘要:Teaching is a moral cause. Teachers' teaching practice is full of teaching virtues. In the teaching practice, the teacher's teaching morality is represented by"teaching love","teaching belief" as the internal motivation, and"teaching understanding"as the means of dialogue. The development of teachers' teaching morality has gone through the process from knowledge to virtue. In the teaching practice of teaching design, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation, teachers should take morality as the reflection and practice the teaching practice with teaching morality.
