中文摘要：绍兴锡麟影剧院现需要改造为黄酒小镇规划展示馆,对原大空间舞台需进行隔层改造设计。为使旧结构的检测加固满足项目进度,结合该工程介绍了既有建筑内部布置柱下联合基础,地梁层钢结构箱型悬挑梁上起柱,上部结构毗邻旧墙体设柱的空间改造方法。该设计方案解决了新旧基础碰触的问题,且满足了新建楼层中部无柱的使用功能要求。此外,重点分析了有关设计、施工方面应用到的技术处理措施,包括建筑内部施工方式、转换层结构在设计方案中的结构安全性、钢结构构件加工工艺、施工方案中关键构件的质量保证措施。

外文摘要：Xilin Theater needs to be transformed into planning exhibition hall of the Rice Wine Town,so interlayer of the original stage should be designed and reformed.Combined with the project,this paper introduced the combined foundation,beam on the column and space reconstruction method of setting column for upper structure adjacent to old wall.With these methods,the old structure inspection and reinforcement were avoided,and the progress of the project was ensured.The design scheme solved the problem of touch between the old and new foundation,and satisfied the functional requirements of the no column in the middle of the new floor.The article focused on the analysis of the design and construction of the technical processing measures,including structural safety of transition layer structure in design scheme,processing technology of steel structural member,quality assurance measures for key components,and internal construction method.
