中文摘要:以某隧道为工程背景,针对CRD施工工法的不同开挖工序进行了数值模拟,对比分析了不同开挖工序条件下,不同倾角、层厚围岩的位移与应力变化规律。研究结果表明:岩层右倾、层厚较薄或岩层左倾、层厚较厚时,应采用Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ部依次开挖的施工工序,围岩变形可得到有效控制;岩层右倾、层厚较厚或岩层左倾、层厚较薄时,应采用Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅰ、Ⅱ部依次开挖的施工工序,围岩变形较小,更加利于围岩稳定;合理的CRD法施工工序应是先开挖上方受力较大部位并施作初期支护,再以先上下、后左右的方式依次开挖。研究结果对于软弱层状岩体的开挖方法及施工步骤具有一定的参考价值。
外文摘要:In this paper,a tunnel is used as the project background,and the different excavation processes of CRD construction method is numerically simulated.The variation of displacement stress of surrounding rock with different dip angle and different thickness is analyzed and compared under different excavation sequence conditions.The results show that when the rock layer skews towards the right direction and the layer thickness is thin,or the rock layer skews towards the left direction and the layer thickness is thick,the construction sequence should be from zoneⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣrespectively,as such the deformation of surrounding rocks can be controlled effectively;when the rock layer skews toward the right direction and the layer thickness is thick,or the rock layer skews toward the left direction and the layer thickness is thin,the construction sequence should be from zoneⅢ,Ⅳ,ⅠandⅡ,as such the surrounding rock deformation is small and is beneficial to the stability of surrounding rock.Therefore,a reasonable construction sequence should be to excavate the upper part with a large force and apply the initial support,and then excavate in the turn of first up and down direction,then the left and right direction.The study results have certain reference value for the excavation method and construction steps of weak layered rock mass.
