中文摘要：培养创新人才,服务创新型国家建设是高校不可推卸的历史责任和义务。校企协同是培养创新人才的有效途径。本文基于演化博弈理论,分析了校企协同培养创新人才协调机制的价值,进而对校企协同培养创新人才的各参与方行为策略进行了博弈分析,在此基础上,构建了演化博弈下校企协同培养创新人才协调机制,最后探讨了促进校企协同培养创新人才保障机制。

外文摘要：Cultivating innovative talents and servicing construction of innovative country is unavoidable historical responsibility and obligation of university. University-enterprise collaboration is an effective way to cultivate innovative talents. In this paper,based on evolutionary game theory, the real worth of the coordination mechanism was analyzed for cultivating innovative talents with university-enterprise collaboration, and game analysis for behavior strategy of partnership was actualized. On this basis, the coordination mechanism of innovation talents under the evolutionary game was constructed. In the end, the guarantee mechanism was discussed to promote the cultivation of innovative talents by university-enterprise collaboration.
