中文摘要：随着我国高等教育的大众化推进,特殊教育权利逐步回归,适应体育受到关注。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等,厘清适应体育的内涵特征及发展现状,依据适应体育课程理论,构建体育保健课程体系。首先,明确个体多样化目标体系,优化课程内容选择,突出教学的关怀性、普适性及生成性;其次,以个性化“运动处方”为导引,采取复式教学组织形式,实现“自主—合作”学习,并建立老师、学生、家长共同参与的课程评价体系,关注生命体验;最后,提出课程实施的策略,包括开发共享校本课程、组建学习共同体及创立“学校、社会、家庭”三元驱动的协同培养模式等。

外文摘要：With the popularization of higher education in our country,special education rights are gradually returned,adapted physical activity receive attention.Literature and logic analysis are used to clarify the connotation and development status of adapted physical activity,building a physical education curriculum system by the theory of adapted physical education curriculum.Firstly,defining the individual diversification target system,ptimizing course content selection,the humanity solicitude,universality and generative nature of teaching are emphasized.Secondly,the personalized exercise prescription as the guide,taking the form of compound teaching organization to“autonomous-cooperation”learning,meanwhile,establishing a curriculum evaluation system by teachers,students and parents,focusing on the life experience.In the end,proposing the relevant strategies for the implementation of the curriculum,which includes exploitation shared school-based courses,building learning community and create the“school,society,family”three-dimension drive collaborative training mode.
