外文摘要：As a system for evaluating the students by HEIs,the test and evaluation of college students' overall quality will help promote the development of quality-oriented education, and upgrade college students' overall quality. But, the key to doing a good job in the test and evaluation lies in establishing a scientific and rational test and evaluation system, and emphasizing seriousness,openness and objectiveness in the process of the test and evaluation.
