中文摘要:以Howard Gardner的"多元智能理论"为视角,利用问卷调查和课堂观察等手段,分析英语学习后进生的学习困难成因,主要集中在动机、方法、意志和信心非智力因素等四个方面,鉴此,需从激发后进生的学习动机、指导学习方法,培养学英语的坚强意志和增强学英语的信心等四方面入手,帮助后进生提高英语学业成绩,补齐短板,才能更好地完成大学英语教学的使命。

外文摘要:Based on Howard Gardner' s "Multiple Intelligences Theory" as a guide, the paper first makes a studyand analysis of the causes of learning difficulties by means of a questionnaire and classroom observation ofstudents with English learning difficulties, mainly focusing on non-intellectual factors such as motivation, meth-ods, will and confidence. According to the results of the questionnaire, it thentots in respect of the motivation, learning methods, willpower and confidence.four suggestions as stimulating learning motivation, guiding students' learningwill to learn English and enhancing confidence in learning English.
