中文摘要：目的:了解浙江省农村地区15岁以上居民的两周患病率及影响因素。方法:采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法于2003年对浙江省农村居民进行家庭健康询问调查。结果:浙江省农村地区15岁以上居民两周患病为11.4%。采用logistic回归,筛选出影响两周患病率的主要因素为慢性病、年龄、文化程度、职业。结论:浙江农村居民的卫生服务需求仍处于较高水平,应建立健全新型农村合作医疗,以满足居民的医疗需求。

外文摘要：Objective To find out two-week morbidity and its major influential factors in rural residents aged 15 years and above in Zhejiang province. Method random cluster sampling was used,Residents were interviewed at their home in 2003. Results Two- week morbidity rate is 11.4 %. By using multiple logistic regression,two- week morbidity rate is mainly related to chronic disease,age,cultural degree,and occupation. Conclusion Demand of health service in rural residents in Zhejiang province is still in high level. The new rural cooperative medical system should he reformed to facilitate health service for rural pupulation.
