中文摘要:传统高校转型为创业型大学,根本的问题在于实现教师转型。要实现传统教师向创业教师转型,必须较变评聘标准,建立校级成果转化平台。有些大学教师坚守学术本位,不注重研究的直接应用取向,有其合理性与必要性,从而表明创业型大学只是高等教育的一种类型,而不是一个更高的层次。但有些大学教师坚守学术本位,不是不想推动成果转化,也不是缺乏相应的评价机制,更不是这些成果不应实现转化,而是这些低劣的成果不能转化,这表明建设创业型大学不只是一种主观选择,更是一种能力展现。

外文摘要:The traditional university transition to the entrepreneurial university, the fundamental problem is to transform the teachers, the most difficult problem is also its transformation. To transform the traditional teachers to entrepreneurial, we should change the evaluation standard, establish the platform of achievement transformation. At the same time, some university teachers hold academic standard, don't pay attention to the application of study, has its rationality and necessity, so that the entrepreneurial university is a type of higher education, rather than a higher level. However, some university teachers hold academic standard, neither don't want to promote the achievements transformation, nor lack the evaluation mechanism, still less the achievements shouldn't transform, but the poor achievements can't be transformed, which indicates that the construction of entrepreneurial university is not only a subjective choice, but also show a kind of ability.
