外文摘要：The non-tone quality phoneme is an important and difficult point in he teaching and coaching of Putonghua. This paper first defines the meaning of the non-tone qualify phoneme and then introduces some basic features and phenomena of the non-tone quality phoneme by means of the simple comparison between dialects and Putonghua. Some ways and measures are mentioned to teach the non-tone quality phoneme in this paper.
